Alto Ria Alvor was in the words of our family ‘a lovely experience’! The location is exactly as described and within walking distance of the array of lovely restaurants in Alvor. It is also 5 minutes walk from the beach and has great views particularly from the roof terrace. What stands out however, is the efforts the hosts have made to make the house feel homely and comfortable. Frequently, holiday lettings are sparsely furnished and minimalist. The house is beautifully furnished and carefully planned to give the visitor everything they could wish for in terms of a holiday experience. This was a special place for us and we appreciate all the efforts Isabel and Pedro went to with regular communications throughout our stay. Highly Recommended.

We had a lovely time with our family, including two small children, at this villa. It was as described in the listing however exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped with everything one might need, has a fantastic roof top terrace and is in a perfect location for alvor (between the beach the the village). Communication was excellent.

The house is fantastic. It is in an excellent location (I know Alvor beach well), in a very quiet place, close to the beach and close to the most touristic areas, with bars and restaurants. The amenities of the house are excellent, the wonderful terrace, the comfortable rooms, the very well equipped kitchen, the excellent outdoor space. Communication with the host was always very quick, enlightening, and thoughtful. Everything excellent.

The house perfectly matches the description, its location is ideal for walking to the beach, village and restaurants or center for shopping.
Spacious house and pleasant to live in; we were there as a family with three teenagers and everyone was able to find their rhythm. We will be happy to be back.

Pedro and Isabel have a wonderful house, really homely, it lacks for nothing. We’ve never stayed in a more well equipped home. Great communication, very spacious and the only problem was trying to decide whether to go to the beach or stay up on an exceptional roof terrace! Couldn’t find a single fault.

Having a lot of experience visiting Alvor over many years, we found this apartment to be the best we have stayed in. Clean, spacious, comfortable & very well equipped; excellent location for the beach & the town. Isabel was so helpful & informative & easily contactable for any advice we may have needed.

Fantastic in every way. Amazing location with everything on your doorstep - supermarket, restaurants, beach, bars, etc. Could not fault one thing about our stay. Hosts were so lovely to deal with and always answered every question we asked within minutes. We will definitely be back for alot more stays. Can't wait

Great apartment in an excellent location, ten minutes walk to the beach and ten minutes to Alvor harbour and main streets with many restaurants, bars and cafes. It's central but on a quiet street in a gated complex with attractive gardens and a large pool. The apartment itself is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped.
